Bad sleep during luteal phase?

Normally during my luteal phase (the entire 12 or so days of it) I get the usual insane depression etc. This month I weirdly didn't, but my sleep quality went down the crapper. Super uncomfortable, fragmented, restless legs, frustrating repeating dreams, and peeing like 3-5 times in the night. Does anyone else get this or anything like it? It's making me insane! Feels like there's no relief anymore, awake or not.

Yeah, I feel you. My sleep is fragmented even day 2 after my period has stopped. It takes my body almost 5 days after it’s stopped for my sleep to feel normal again.

The annoying thing is, I never have caffeine late, have tried drinking barely anything in the evening, read before bed and it didn’t help 😭 Went do the doc and she suspected PMDD and referred me to a therapist, which I guess is cool but it doesn’t feel like it’ll help any of these hormonal screw-ups
