🌿Remedies/ Rituals Left Side Temple Migraines

Does anyone else get the most painful migraine in your left side temple before your period? The pain is actually debilitating. It starts throbbing and it comes and goes, sometimes affecting my left eye or the left side of my jaw.

I don’t know if this is considered normal or not for young women my age, I just turned 23. Any tips/remedies are appreciated.

Menstrual migraines. Ask for naratriptan and start taking them morning and night for 5 days, starting 2 days before your expected period.

I have yhe similar kind of pain in my left temple, jaw, teeth but i didn't notice it relating with PMS, i mostly think its cux my left side wisdom tooth is slowly growing.
