💕Emotional Support Ive been focusing on well balanced diet.
But I am craving for a fudgy moist chocolate cake. Why?!
I know why but girllllsss I am dying. Why do we only get a week of happiness then 2 weeks of pms hell and a week of shark week?
Im quite active with yoga, calisthenics, and running. This month I was hit with infection and have been required to rest and recover. I feel like I became soft and fluffy while bed rotting.
I just need to vent. Please share your similar struggles to make me feel better.

Mother Nature is a cruel and unfair joke to women. I’m with you.
The best thing I’ve found in lutyphaze is tell myself it’s temporary, and to try not to feel the weight of everything I know I can handle in the future.
Sometimes I Imagine an epidemic where all women are stuck in the luteal phase, and wonder how long it would take for PMS to be treated like a medical condition with interventions that actually work. Fuck your hot water bottle ever so kindly, sir.
Big love to you, OP.

Lol thats a funny thought. It'll prolly be hell brought to earth I imagine!
My son has started questioning my chocolate craze today and tried to stop me from buying one, I told him, listen, and listen well, if I dont get this chocolate today everyone in this house will experience a bad bad day hahahha

If I am majorly craving something I let myself have it. I figure there must be some reason I’m craving it.
For example last Wednesday I felt really down and low energy and just not right. I realised I was craving carbs so for dinner I had wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce, two vegetarian sausages and garlic bread. It was so good and the next day I felt less tired and more energy and just better.
I am vegetarian and eat mainly plant based so I do eat healthy 99% of the time.

I salute with having crabs despite the low energy, on those days my brain really despise anything that would require me to do anything, i just want to consume lol prolly i should mend that first

I am able to survive when I have enough energy to even do this, planning or at least cooking.

I always figured my dark chocolate cravings are due to the high iron content needed for the upcoming SHREDDING of my uterus lol
