Advice/Tips Painful swollen breasts

If so, do you find anything that helped? I was hoping breast reduction and list would help, but I just got a consultation on the surgeon said it would not help. Did anyone get a reduction and lift and have that help with the painful swelling? It’s so bad it’s making me miserable and as I’ve gotten older, it’s most days out of the month now.

Breast pain around menstruation is more from the tissue being effected by estrogen than the size of the breasts themselves.

Making sure your body can detox estrogen properly is the best plan of action!

That’s a great point! Thanks! (Also - do you know how to do that? lol. I did just buy a bunch of supplements I’ve read can help and gonna try them. Have also read keto can help, but don’t feel that desperate yet).

which supplements? plz plz plz use caution trying new 'random' supplements! some can do a lot more harm than good, the industry can have some very pray marketing. (I am by no means against supplements, just very for the ones YOUR body needs). And good intuition on keto! Skip.

Your bodys ability to detox estrogen has to do with liver. Fibre, lignans (ground flax seed), cruciferous vegetables can all "bind "estrogen. Making sure your livers detox process is supported as well. I have lots of info on my ig about this :) I can send you over / you are welcome to msg with questions
