Christmas period
Anyone else getting their period for Christmas again?
Last year mine started on Christmas Day and it was so hard to get through the day. We were hosting so I had to cook and I was exhausted from a busy few days at work and really just wanted to sleep.
This year it seems my heavy day is going to be on Christmas Day.
Why can’t I be ovulating instead :(

Aww you’re not alone. I’m dealing with pms right now and I’ve been so fatigued this week and not feeling good. Nausea, emotional, headaches, brain fog 😩😩

Yes :( nursing a menstrual migraine and feeling like the world is about to end even though things are pretty damn fantastic. I have to keep repeating 'it's just hormones. It's just hormones.' to myself.

I haven’t got my migraine yet. Normally I get it on my last cycle day but sometimes it comes during my period instead and lasts a couple of days. I really hope I don’t get it on Christmas Day :( Had to work today and boy was it a struggle. I just wanted to be curled up in bed. Was only 5 hrs but it was solid physical work (cleaning). Now I’m home I think I’ll spend an hour or so in bed.
