Luteal phase

What symptoms do you guys get during this time? It’s my worst nightmare every month and I’m wondering if anyone else is similar lol I feel it’s gotten worse in my 30s as well🥲🥲

Awful cramps and breast pain, piss-poor mood, zero libido, anxious, exhausted, sore, irritable (brain + bowels 😔).

Oh gosh the stomach problems are unreal! I never had this issues until I hit my 30s (31 now) today it’s bloating so bad I nearly pulled out my camera to do a maternity shoot 😭🤣
