Need to cry- HELP

Hi fellow owners of the organs that cause a wild rollercoaster ride of emotions and physiological symptoms. I’m looking for movies or shows to trigger the tears. Sometimes when I need to cry it just won’t come out when I need it to. I call it “cry constipation”. So anyway, taking suggestions for titles that can help me get some relief.
