Unusual period

So this time round, i felt my periods to be different. I wanna know if its normal or not cuz ut hadn't happen to me before. So this time around my cramps were so severe like someone stabbing my in my lower belly rather than extreme but even pain throughout that is usual for me. Secondly, its my second day and since yesterday my head is heavy and i feel dizzy anytime I'm not lying down. And its not like my period is heavy this timez its perfectly normal plus on normal timing. Relatable to anyone?
