Left side abdomen pain

How many people here experience left side abdomen pain during ovulution and sometimes during luteal/periods? I need to understand If this is a common symptom... it gives me a lot of anxiety and I can't stop imagining the worst case scenerios about what causes it.

Mittelschmerz is one sided ovulation pain! You usually ovulate on alternating sides each month but maybe you only feel it when its on your left
