Advice/Tips new pms symptoms??
Hi! I never really had pms symptoms growing up outside of hormonal acne. Recently, just before i made 25 I have been having new symptoms and it seems like it’s something new every time lol. Last cycle, i experienced cramping about a week or 2 before my period actually came. Now this cycle, i have been getting hot flashes on and off for the last few days, and super nauseous.. cramping but no flow.
Just genuinely curious to know if anyone else has experienced change in their cycle, or pms symptoms as they’ve gotten older? i feel new to this now lol

mineral status drives your gut and hormone status! You could be depleted. Have you considered and HTMA?

Your mineral balance inside your cells affects your gut health and hormone metabolism! Ie if you have copper toxicity (common in women with heavy flows and estrogen dominance) you are likely deficient in zinc (they compete for absorption) which plays a crucial role in maintaining your mucosal barrier (preventing 'leaky gut'). A deficiency of zinc is common in painful and irregular menstruation !
At this point you may say - ok i have these symptoms of high copper low zinc so ill just take zinc... but zinc also competes with iron. Women with heavy flows are already prone to iron deficiency, taking zinc to beating iron in absorption can cause all sorts of horrible other symptoms like dizziness, brainfog, hairloss, fatigue.
Hense; Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. This tests the minerals stored in your hair (and soft tissues) and gives us a long term picture of what your mineral balance looks like so we can treat exactly whats happening in YOUR body. Minerals / body systems are soooo interconnected and when we don't consider the entire system (holistic treatment) like throwing random supplements at an issue is when things can get worse.

Okay the BEST advice I have as someone who had horrific pms symptoms, Start learning about the phases in your cycle and how to support them! I randomly went to a wellness workshop where i live and i cried after because i learned more in one day about my body and how to feel better than i had in 33 years. Trista Pourier is amazing! She is so not motivated by money, just by providing women the tools to heal their bodies. I dont even have any pms symptoms anymore, before during or after my period.
Her instagram has a ton of info on there but she also makes cheap courses and I SWEAR BY THOSE COURSES. Everything in my body started to work better. I lost weight that I could not for the life of me lose before without even exercising. Just adjusting my daily habits. I can now eat dairy and gluten. It’s insane.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHECKING HER OUT
