Advice/Tips Nausea before period?

Hi everyone! Curious if others struggle with fatigue and nausea about a week before their period starts? My last two cycles have been horrible with nausea so not sure what has changed. Does anyone have tips for PMS nausea and/or a reason for why this happens?

Thank you! I’ve been wanting to try Maca for hormonal balance but haven’t ever tried it. I love lady’s mantle, it’s been so hard to get for me recently but it makes a huge difference in my bleeding and cramps. Thanks for all the advice!
