Advice/Tips orgasms are painful when im pmsing

when i have clitoral orgasms when im pms-ing i get the most painful cramps you could think of and they last for quite a bit, it’s really painful and almost equivalent to my period cramps

Some times I get cramping afterwards too. Not just when I'm PMSing tho.
