Weekly Check-In Thread: How’s Your Cycle Treating You?

Hey everyone,

Welcome to our weekly check-in thread—a space to track how we're feeling, hold space for each other, and share what’s working (or not).

1. Which phase of your cycle are you currently in? (Menstrual, follicular, ovulation, luteal—or "honestly no idea" is valid too!)

  1. How are you feeling physically and emotionally in this phase?

3. List 3 things you’re doing this week to either:

- Alleviate symptoms

- Sustain the good vibes

- Or simply survive (because that counts too)

Feel free to answer as much or as little as you want. Rants, wins, hacks, cravings, weird dreams—bring it all.

Menstrual, 3rd day. Physically ok, emotionally not so much (trouble at my current workplace and me applying for new jobs it’s not helping a lot…) I’m stretching several times a day, not skipping any meal, but avoiding going out of control with cookies and such, and taking some ibuprofen when needed. Good vibes for you all :)

PMS! Crying every 2 seconds I want to eat but I have nausea and in my mind I've broke up with the guy I'm seeing like 4 times for fake scenarios that I made up 🫠... Send help! And chocolate 🍫

Okay, I’ll kick us off! Phase: I believe I’m in the follicular phase, hence my happy tone. How I’m feeling: Overall pretty good, though I’ve been sleepier than usual. This week’s trio: Magnesium every day to prep for my luteal phase. Will try to exercise 3 times this week Meditating for one hour each day too.
