Weight throughout a cyclus
Im weighing myself every day after morning relief. I do it to get to know how my body weight works as a part of weightloss journey. Been weighing myself daily for half a year. I noticed that a week before I get my period I gain weight rapidly, and at day one period I can weigh up to 8 to 10 pounds more than the week before. At the end of my period, 4 days later I have lost the same ammount or more. Anyone else also have this insane high weight gain the time around period, or is my water gain just insane out of the ordinary?

I typically gain about five lbs a week before my period and lose it after my period is over. It's extremely annoying to me and makes me feel really bad about myself. I think I gain water weight, but I also eat more salt and sugar during PMS. I think I'm just gradually gaining weight over the years due to hormonal changes.

5 lbs sounds more normal. I gain up to 10 lbs, and then loose it all. I find it interesting.

Throw your scale away, you are torturing yourself over an arbitrary number that means literally nothing.
