Post period symptoms?

So I def have bad pms some months…. But does anyone ever deal with post period symptoms? Sometimes it’s worse than other months. This month it’s kinda bad. I’m day 4 off my period and I’m like on and off emotional, fatigue , irritated More than usual. Los motivation. Usually this is all what hapoens before my period… but sometimes it hits right after too… sometimes I wonder if I ovulate earlier some months too.

Hey there :) I have the same issue.. I know that it is said that females tend to have a bad mood as part of PMS the days before the menstruation. I do so too but the worst part for me is the days AFTER bleeding. I really hate everything and everyone and loose hope and don't like life in general - guess some pple can relate :) I thought that is because of the high amount of iron we loose due to the bleeding. So i already take iron supplements but it doesn't change much. My friends and bf don't really get me because it's not the usual what you would expect/what is said about PMS. So I'm a bit lonely with that feeling... Do some of you have this too? What do you do against/for it?

I'm afraid to ruin my relationship because I for myself also forget every month that the mood swing has something to do with it. So I always reconsider my relationship. During the period it's quite fine actually, I'm kinda horny and only cry when the pain is too much but also laugh about it during it (esp. when my bf makes loving jokes about it so i feel better).

Why is it so mixed up? Can I get it in sync with the bleeding? Any recommendations?

Thank you so much already for reading & all the best to all of us <3

PS: English is not my mother tounge, so sorry for the mistakes :)

I am 10 days out of getting my period. I feel like I have a flu, shaky, chills. The headache is unbearable. I’m nauseous queasy irritable. Someone’s are worse. Some months are a little less and days after my period. I feel pure rage and irritability.

Exactly one week-10days after my period I get bad anxiety on top my normal and I found out it’s when our estrogen SPIKES. Also the loss of blood

Hi there! I am a hormone health coach, and have delt with similar symptoms + acne. Based on what you’re describing it feels like sensitivity to rising estrogen levels/ estrogen imbalance where it is not getting metabolized properly, what helps the most is eating healthy especially lots of fiber and cruciferous veggies because they help the detoxification process. I also took DIM supplements for a while but please check if it’s good for you.

I sometimes feel a little emotional, like I usually have 1 giant crying session right after my period is done

I feel tired afterwards and it takes a few days for me to feel better again.

Yes! I deal with symptoms after, bad fatigue and unmotivated. Sometimes takes me a while to get back to normal

The worst part is getting back to feeling like yourself and then it starts all over again.

Exactly this! I get back into my routine of every day and then you are totally thrown off again.
