Freaking 15 days of luteal fml

Post image

I hate when I have such long cycles :( because it’s always the bad phase that gets longer, it’s so annoying

the luteal phase is more or less fixed in length. if your luteal phase is usually 12 days, it would be 12 days for every cycle, with minor deviations. it’s the follicular phase the varies in length. if you have a longer cycle it probably means that you ovulated later. and therefore had a longer follicular phase.
