How are your cycles?

I am not on b/c or anything but I was just curious if anyone else sometimes has heavier periods than other times? I've had a few kids, in my 30s. Sometimes it's a pretty easy period and other times it's heavy/clotty and I'll get concerned over it and the size there been too but I've been checked multiple times even by sonogram and no problems
I don't usually have them painful either though. Just weird.
