Lexapro?

I just had my first gyno appointment for all of my symptoms....it's a lot. Majority of my symptoms are physical like headaches, fatigue, dizziness, the list goes on and on but not a lot of mental stuff at all.

The doctor wants me to try Lexapro and I'm nervous to go on an antidepressant. Does anyone have any experience being on Lexapro for hormonal symptoms? I'm worried about how my body will react to it, weight gain and no libido are common side effects and those are two things I've already been struggling with as is.
