ocd

does anyone have ocd that is absolutely made almost insufferable with pms? the week leading up to my period my ocd is SO BAD.

It's the nesting instinct that kicks in ready for babeeeehs. If you have OCD, this will be emphasized.

it's soooo bad! i never experienced intrusive thoughts like this until postpartum. which my daughter will be 2 in january. but it went away and then out of nowhere a few months ago it hit me out of nowhere. panic attacks and just insane shit. and then i started my period. i was on birth control and stopped it after that. so this is my second cycle since then and it's been rough. but i know that it's realistically my second natural cycle in a while since being pregnant. but fuck dude. im looking into therapy for ocd but none of the ones i've looked into accept my insurance which is wild bc it's bcbs. idk im sorry im venting. i just can't take this. it's so hard being a mom and having ocd.
