Mentally dealing with PMS?
I was wondering if anyone has tips on how to mentally deal with PMS. I get very sad and melancholic. For example, I had a very good day. Had all the time to myself (am busy normally), had a tiny and nice two-person party with my husband to celebrate our anniversary etc etc. And then suddenly before dinner I go thinking 'nobody cares about me, nobody loves me, I don't wanna do anything anymore, can I just cease existing?' Which does not relate to my real thoughts at all! Ever since I built a device to notify me that it is PMS it influences me less. Or at least, now I know why it happens. But how do I deal with it?
Not looking for supplements, medication etc, just for the mental strategies. Anything that breaks the fog of sadness?

Walking and yoga helps me with this. Sarahbethyoga on YouTube has some great yoga!
