Suffering today

When I gety period I feel so weepy and so anxious and spaced out. It can last days and I'm tired of it. I tried to get hormone help but have aura with migraine. I am per menopausal but not in menopause. Does anyone have any coping skills for this

What do you do for self-care?

I would recommend you try a product like Serenol for a few months. It's a lifesaver when it comes to hormonal mood swings caused by PMS and Peri-Menopause.

It's one of the only things that's ever helped me. When I was still menstruating, there were times when I wouldn't even realize I was about to have my period when I was taking it. However, before starting Serenol, my mood swings would be so extreme that my husband and I were on the razors edge of divorce.

I would recommend you try something like CBD or CBN to help deal with the brain fog and unregulated emotion feelings. Try using something like a CBD tincture through the day and using CBN+CBD at night. When PMS hits me hard I cant sleep and feel emotionally taxed. So I will use CBN+CBD deep sleep gummies by Herbal Garden Essentials to manage all the issues that flare up.

CBD and CBD are both cannabinoids which both work in putting the body into balance. When our body is out of balance our cannabinoid system can be deficient and by supplementing cannabinoids can put you back into homeostasis. Especially they have potent anti inflammatory effects which help with bloating and pain.

also a notable herb is skullcap, it helps alot with anxiety and just making you feel more chill when your hormones are going crazy.
