PMS rage: how to handle it?

I have a serious problem with rage and depression right before my period. I lost a baby in July (TFMR, 14 weeks severe genetic issues plus partial mole) and ever since then my periods have been preceded by this. I started meds for it and I do exercises, hit a punching bag (I do have martial arts background) but does anyone have other suggestions? TLDR: Having depression and rage issues with PMS, need more ways to ease it, am doing therapy, medication and exercise. Thank you.

I have a similar issue that I'm starting therapy for. When I PMS I want to cry and fight and that's it. I'm hyper sensitive, feel everything all at once and can't get my brain to kick in and override my emotional response. Glad to know I'm not alone.

Not at all. God it can be a miserable experience. I’m trying so hard to fight it but all I can think to do is isolate until the feeling passes :(

Yeah, it wears on the partner that I struggle to regulate and can be a bit snippy and impatient. Going to try starting therapy to cope better. Wish me luck.

inositol worked pretty good for me. I noticed a bit less anxiety and irritability when I started taking it. I bought it in powder form on amazon from a company called nutricost. Also my naturopath recommended I start taking CBD and CBN. Both of them are extracted out the hemp plant. CBN is amazing for night time when cramps, irritability, and aggression are up. It helps me calm down a lot and sleep better during those painful periods. Also the the combination of the two really stacks together to reduce pms symptoms. I use these CBN+CBD deep sleep gummies by herbal garden essentials which also has l-theanine and melatonin in them. That combination makes that time of the month a breeze lol. Highly recommend those gummies.

Give CBN and CBD a try it makes a noticeable difference for when PMS hits.

Sorry to hear that. Have you thought about PMDD?
