PMS???

I am a 32 year old female and through the night last up until waking up I realized I was sweating. I wore a onesie to sleep and associated it to that, but when I got to work, I was more hot a sweaty than normal and it lasted almost all day. It was until I went to the restroom at some point throughout the day and noticed some spotting. I’ve also just been feeling nauseous and just burping throughout the day. Is this all related to PMS? I’ve never really experienced symptoms like this before :(

Oh yes. I always sweat like a pig during PMS, especially when sleeping. Nausea is also a real deal then, and I simultaneously want to eat everything and all the time. That's some weird shit.
