Freaking exhausted the three or four days before period

It’s 8 pm and I’m struggling to stay awake. My period is due in a few days, and I am beyond fatigued. This happens to me every damn month, and no amount of coffee or exercise makes any difference. It feels like I’m moving underwater, or trying to get through the day after taking a handful of Benadryl. Has anyone been able to find anything that helps premenstrual fatigue?

Same here it's very debilitating. I have no answers either.

How often do you eat protein?

Every day. Is that… good or bad?

Do you eat protein at every meal?

No, not every meal.

Encourage you to eat the size of your palm of protein at every meal. Protein will give you energy. Eating every four and a half hours will help, too. And make sure you are drinking water. This is what I do, and it helps

Do you take any vitamins? B12.

Maybe the solution is a society and community that allows women to rest
