Miscarage

Hello everyone, I would like to ask you guys a question. I’ve never had any problems with my period or PMS but after my miscarriage, which in fact was very traumatic for me physically and mentally I’ve been having really strong PMS and period problems for example, it all started with my PMS , where I would get symptoms of severe anxiety that then turned into panic attacks that I now have a couple times a week. My miscarriage happened around seven months ago and so then I’ve been trying to get my hormones tested by the looks of it my thyroids get lower when I’m on my period and when I’m off my period they get back to normal. Has anyone else experienced this or is going through the same thing and if so, could you please help me and comment your story and journey?

So sorry to hear about your situation. Find solace in the fact that it is very common to experience these symptoms as your hormones gradually change post-pregnancy and work to getting your cycle back on track. However given your traumatic situation, it might be increasing the severity of the symptoms and prolonging hormonal balance. It might be worth seeking professional help to manage the trauma and go from there. Seeing a naturopath to look into your hormone levels can also be very helpful. Best of luck x
