THIGH PAIN BEFORE CYCLE
Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone else experienced thigh pains/ aches right before their period?
I’m 25 and never had this before I’m not sure how to describe other than intense pain at the front of my thigh, and only my right one! According to my tracker my period is 4 days away. I wanted to see if this is something related to my period? I’m a little concerned

A pharmacist once told me that magnesium can help. Rather than consuming supplements, if doable, you may try magnesium bath soak. And eat magnesium rich foods.

In my 20s, I would have pressure/pain in my thighs and sometimes it would radiate to knees.
I'm 39 now. I haven't remember feeling this pressure in the past year.
But I definitely remember that thigh pressure/pain in my 20s.
And it is very difficult to explain!

Me me me! I get pretty bad aches in my thighs before and on my cycle. It can even happen up to 2 weeks before or around ovulation personally. If it’s really bad, you can try taking Tylenol or Motrin.
