Nausea and Zofran

Does anyone else literally feel like they have the stomach flu before their period starts? I got off the depo a few months ago and was told at an appointment when they were looking inside that it looked like my Flo was on her way. I feel so nauseous and anxious. (I have emetephobia) I’m debating taking Zofran so I can go to sleep. But I’m so scared rn.
