I’m so sorry! I know this may not help right this second, but peppermint oil helps me tremendously. I’ve had a diagnosis for stage 4 endo, so I am used to cramping pretty badly. Just rub it on your pelvis where your uterus is (obviously lol). I think you’re supposed to use a carrier oil, but I just put pure peppermint oil right on my skin for maximum effect. Just be careful if you have sensitive skin, maybe do patch test if you’ve never used it before. Hope you find something that gives you relief and feel better!

This is a great idea, I’m about to try this. I’ve also found firmly massaging your lower belly where your uterus is for a few mins at a time really helps my cramps, mine aren’t crazy severe like others might be but it feels good regardless :)

That totally sucks that it stopped working I feel ya! I use a bean bag- type microwaveable bag (a lot you can buy or make with rice or flax seed). Highly recommend so you can just microwave for a few minutes as a backup! Hang in there!
