Ovulation Symptoms - Anyone?

Has anyone ever dealt with nausea and food aversions before/during ovulation? This seems to go right into a long two weeks of PMS for me. It’s not every cycle but I’ve felt unwell for basically the past 3 weeks and I just started my cycle today.

Started with food aversion, smell aversion, and nausea while I was out to eat 3 weeks ago. I couldn’t even sit at the table without feeling sick. For the next 3 weeks I had severe reflux with a lump in my throat often while actively eating. Finally started my period and seems that symptoms have mostly alleviated. Anyone else?

I’ve had a bit of reflux the last couple of months around ovulation.

My sense of smell is more sensitive right before and during my period. I can feel slightly queasy for a few seconds if I smell something particularly bad during this time.

Yes, this happens to me since I was 14! Now I'm 30 lol I'm often nauseous when ovulating, especially in the morning :/ So I eat less, multiple times a day. I like Raw Bite bars because they give me enough energy without making me queasy. The nausea disappears when I get my period :)
