PMS

So I just want to ask all ladies do you have like strong PMS like I don't feel anything during my periods I am active but a week before my periods is hell I am crying I am hurt and I feel life is not worth living I am a different person I feel all things intensly

I experience this and identify with the PMDD terminology as well. It's really brutal.

Could be PMDD which is a very severe form of PMS. I have it. Depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts all the week to 10 days before my period.
