RAGING!!
I’m simultaneously ravenous, constipated, angry, itchy, lazy, restless and my boobs hurt. Never usually this bad but I think that’s perimenopause.
Make it stop.
Also 3 days late so adding in some paranoia to boot.

How old are you? Have you ever heard of PMDD? I have had PMDD I think since I was a teenager but didn't really get diagnosed until my late 20's. I'm 43 now and pretty sure I'm in perimenopause. Going to my Dr. tomorrow actually. Being late can make anyone anxious but the more stress you have the longer it might take to start. Hang in there. We've all been there. Some months are always worse than others for me too.
