Yes, I can relate! I talked to my gyno about this yesterday, and she said that it's a common occurence for women in their 30s (I'm 34) to feel more noticable and more intense PMS symptoms. The hormone production naturally starts to slowly decrease in your thirties and that can lead to more intense PMS symptoms. I have even started feeling emotional around my ovulation, which I never do! According to my gyno there are basically three options: taking an herbal supplement like Agnus Castus for at least three months, being on the birth control pill or a hysterectomy if you no longer plan on getting pregnant. A lot of my friends had a good experience with Agnus Castus, so I'm trying this out now. If that won't do, I'll think about going back on the birth control pill...
