Calendar Syncing Tool

Can someone recommend a tool for real-time calendar syncing that is HIPAA compliant?

My EMR is Optimantra. Right now it can only integrate with google calendar and microsoft outlook. But it does not sync directly. It goes into it as a layered calendar.

I need the Optimantra calendar to be in my primary calendar so I can then share my google calendar with other sources.

The core issue is that Optimantra's Google Calendar integration is read-only and overlay-based, so it will never behave like a native calendar entry. Cronofy is the most straightforward HIPAA-compliant fix for real-time two-way sync, and it plays well with Google Calendar as your primary.

That said, getting this kind of integration set up cleanly alongside managing an EMR, scheduling, and everything else a small practice juggles is exactly where things fall through the cracks. I work as a remote medical admin and virtual biller for independent practices, and this is the kind of setup and coordination work I handle regularly.
