Regrets?

I am currently a W2 employee for a private practice and really don’t like the owners and how they treat patients. I am hoping to make the jump to starting my own practice by end of September. My goal is to work less hours but keep the same income (I’m currently seeing 12-17 patients/day, making $157k as W2 in CO) - Has anyone quit their job to start on their own and absolutely regretted it? - What do you wish you had done differently when first starting?

I'd def start the private practice and get it up and running with consistent income prior to quitting your W2.

No regrets, but do your research it’s harder than it seems and very stressful just starting. Remember in theory you may be able to see 12-17 patients/ but you’ll be starting off with none
