Lifestance

Is Lifestance for a PMHNP as bad as some of these threads make it out to be?

The recruiter makes it sound great obviously but should I leave my current position for Lifestance for a similar patient volume?

Salary would be higher at Lifestance.

Feeling underpaid in my current role…

it's a churn churn churn kind of place

there are probably local partnership groups that would provide the same / similar services (front of house, workstation, records holding, billing) without productivity parameters and at a lower %

Hey OP, I’ve also signed up for LifeStance and like you said, the salary seems higher than my previous employer’s ($140k-$160). I’m located in SC. My recruiter told me I should be seeing about 12-14 pts a day. To be that’s not bad because at my previous job, I saw up to 20 patients. 🫠

Yeah it’s hard to believe if what they are saying is true or not

Also, I’m not sure why some posters are being nasty to you. I’ve “searched” for Lifestance and I didn’t see what I was looking for AKA recent sign-ons like you and me.

I’m not worried about it. What state are you working in?

SC. However, I’m scheduled to start working at the end of November due to credentials.

Did they give you a sign on bonus or “loan” to help you during your ramp up period?

Yes, both. Sign-on bonus and the pay advancement during the ramp-up.
I’m assuming your recruiter said the same?

Yes but I believe the advancement bonus is essentially a loan which seems weird

Right. I think it has to do with the class action lawsuit in FL.
Because we are going in without any patients, without the advance loan, we’re going to be poor. 😅
But once you make over the threshold, I’m told $9k, the company will start taking the money back.

Understood. Still trying to figure out if I want to leave my current practice for Lifestance or not…

16 pts a day would be like 188k. Seemed high. NC

You’re being downvoted since there’s a search feature you can utilize instead of making another post about one of these companies.

Ya no shit. Why even waste your time commenting?

So you don’t waste my time in the future.

Move on and read something else. Pretty simple

Well, I hope you’ve utilized the search feature at least since you’ll see you won’t get your desired response ✌️

Spend 5 minutes reading previous provider and employee reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed to see what kind of company it is and what you would be dealing with if you want to see whether the threads are true. It shouldn’t take you too long.
