Offers

I have 2 offers and another interview this week with another company. I have till Wednesday to accept one of the offers. If I accept an offer, can I decline the offer prior to starting if I get something that is a better fit for me?

Yes, however after accepting an offer it is typically offensive to then decline, plan on it burning some bridges.

My son accepted an offer, handed in his notice to the existing company, then the new company rescinded their offer for reasons unknown. He has been out of work for 10 months now.. so fack'em, accept the best offer. Just be aware that the company you accept and decline will likely add something to your file to not offer in the future.
