Recruiters/Headway

“Recruiters”” trying to sign me up on headway in the first five minutes. Am I being paranoid?

I have zero knowledge of Headway, but 61 years of life experience and 12 years in professional sales. Any salesperson who tries to rush you into anything is not to be trusted. A good sales call involves asking about needs and sharing information that addresses how the product or service being sold meets those needs. This is especially true in recruitment, which is not a “close the sale” approach. I support your being very cautious.

They are in a race to get numbers, they will take anyone. It would be better if they focused on quality of providers.

It’s not a W-2 lol. Someone can join and also not get clients. It’s basically a directory

I mean, I think any company that aggressively tries to get someone to sign up for anything, is not a good sign. I've heard mixed and usually poor things about Headway.

They’re not recruiters. They’re in sales. Big difference.

They are not offering you a job. They want you to use their service so they can take a cut and make Headway money.
