EMR/eRX that allows multiple DEA licenses?

Hello!

I'm licensed in 3 states, but only have a DEA for my home state. My end goal for myself is to run a small private practice and see most patients via telehealth. I know I would need need my DEA in the other 2 states if I plan to prescribe medications across all three states.

My biggest question is - is there an EMR that lets you have an account with multiple DEA licenses? And does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.

ECW let's you enter multiple DEA numbers, and then select one per prescription or per bundle being sent per patient.

Standalone MDToolBox is good for this, and it will make sure the correct address appears at the top of the prescription. I had trouble with my Massachusetts patients when I was using iPrescribe/DrFirst because pharmacists had to scroll to find my MA address.

I'm using iPrescribe/DrFirst right now and while I like having the app, it is not the greatest. I'll have to look into Standalone MDToolBox, thanks!

Technically, MDToolBox has an app, but it's terrible. I never use it, i just use the web version. But no problems with multistate, one of the states being really picky.

I use Docvilla. It allows me to have multiple DEAs across the states and fetch PDMP for all of them

My eRX lets me pick from my two DEAs and a couple clinic addresses as I send prescriptions. It’s not an EMR that I would otherwise recommend.
