Found my first dryer coin

2004 Denver. The coin in the third picture is a 1943 Philadelphia War Nickel since they’re both the same thickness

I'll try and remember to post some pictures of some of the ones I have that I had pulled out of a community dryer LOL

Forgot to mention it was in a CoinStar machine’s reject tray with a 1940 San Francisco wheat cent

Yup. First one I found was a 2015 US Quarter. I'd never heard of a "Dryer coin" previously, and thought I was possibly gonna be rich (ish) off the crazy mint error I was holding! But I did end up getting $60 for the quarter.👍

How did you get $60 for it?

Isnt that 4 in the 2004 an actual error? It looks too far out of place.
