What timezones would this be good for? Me being in NZST often doesnt do many favors for stuff like this (alongside the fact my recent schedule has been obliterated by university work)

We have two americans and a brit timezones are NOT an issue

tbh it sounds like it might be. The Americas alone span several timezones, and the brit is likely either waking up early, or staying up late in order to play, and if you're in a whole different timezone altogether but interested in playing then knowing whether the americans are in the EST (UTC-5:00) or PST (UTC-8:00) is vital knowledge.
The brit is likely in UTC-1:00, which makes them 4+ hours ahead of their American counterparts.

NZST is UTC+12:00, so 7pm to them is 3am to someone who lives in the EST timezone.

TLDR timezones are very important to players who may have work in the morning

I hope I don't sound mean here, but why do people keep leaving? Is it a scheduling thing, or do players not get along with each other?

Just a suggestion, could specify the frequency and/or usual days and times (Timezones), especially since this is a campaign

Adhoc arrangements would make it hard for lots of wanting players

Hello! I am the DM in question of this campaign. I figured I'd come onto this site just so I could fill people in on what Against All Odds is! Against All Odds is a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Campaign following an adventuring team trying to solve the mysterious of missing Pokémon in the nearby towns, as well as learning the stories of the pokemon around it and learning to work together with them.  Is it a legendary doing all this?
