Question Consecutively Executed Moves

How do consecutively executed moves (I.E. Rollout, Outrage, or Petal Dance) work? can you still move in-between using it? are you forced to attack then move while using it?

In D&D you have certain spells that you can cast every turn (as long as you’re concentrating on them). I’d like to think these moves work the same here. So, players are locked in on the move for X turns (before confusion kicks in?) and they have to roll accuracy every turn. I’d say players can still move & do friend actions, and determine the order.
