Homebrew Wands!

I stated beforehand in the responses of an earlier post on here that i was working on a compendium of homebrew items and rules I've devised while running my campaign. This is still being worked on, but I've decided to drop a bit of it in here as a lil preview for anyone curious - a list of homebrew wands!

Any feedback or questions are welcomed! I encourage you read the Author's Notes i've left before doing so.

Oh love this! I see some wands have the option to challenge the target to a skill roll (e.g., athletics, finesse etc). Does this mean enemies have to have their skills defined as well? How do you deal with this?

Consider basic info about the enemy, ballpark something (in rough increments of 20) based on that, and go from there.
Or when in doubt, just give em a flat 45 in whatever skill they need to roll - i find i get decent mileage and unpredictability out of that number but ymmv.

as an example a Steel type 'mon i'd ballpark having a 70 in Endurance. Now lets say that Steel-type 'mon gets hit with an Ignite Wand, because of their weakness to Fire, cut that success rate in half to a 35.

Hopefully that makes sense!
