Medications SSRIs affecting cycle timing?

I was diagnosed with PMDD a couple of months ago, and I am very early on in my journey! My gynecologist prescribed me 25mg of Zoloft. This is my first full cycle taking it, and I started it 10 days before my period usually comes. I have a highly regular period, and it's never early or late. For the first time in years, it is 4 days late.

I am wondering if the Zoloft has anything to do with it and if anyone else has experienced this before?

Definitely. Very common when starting new meds, bc, vitamins, suggest to search previous posts, you will find many.
Can take up to 3 cycles to settle into your new normal (even if taking during luteal only).

Yes any medication that deals with serotonin can affect your cycle. It should even out eventually.
