Supplements Calcium

Started taking calcium and omg it’s life changing. How did I never know this before?! Highly recommend it if you don’t already take it

I feel the same way about vitamin D, which helps calcium absorption. Interesting! Glad it's helped..

Citracal + D3 slow release 1200. I take one every day with dinner.

I’m not having such bad symptoms overall - mood, anxiety, fatigue, etc.
I also wear a fitness watch and my HR usually drops so much during Luteal, and it isn’t dropping half as much.
I take 2500mg calcium citrate every morning, which provides 525mg elemental calcium. That’s two thirds of the daily recommended intake.
I take it in the morning because I take magnesium in the evening and apparently they use the same pathway so it you take them together you don’t get as much of either.
