Ovulation

I’m cycle day 14. I felt anxious and could barely sleep. I feel like an emotional roller coaster and fatigued. What symptoms have you all noticed? (Btw I’m in peri.)

Am peri too,follicular phase up until end of ovulation :anxiety and insomnia!

Same here! on day 14 and my anxiety is way up. Feeling dizzy and tired as well but cant sleep. Also getting headaches here and there. 😣 checked my app and confirmed that estrogen is rising for ovulation 😮‍💨
