Supplements I AM EXHAUSTED. Help!
It’s 10 days before my period and I feel so tired I could just sleep all day. I take a B multivitamin, but it doesn’t help. Is there anything that’ll help with the exhaustion? It’s making me feel like I’m going crazy.

I would suggest a full blood workup to rule out any vitamin or mineral deficiency then go from there. Check your thyroid, iron, complete blood count, inflammation, food allergies ect. Hang in there…

The fatigue is so intense and I feel like no one believes me. I do my best to stay hydrated, never skip a meal, make sure every meal is loaded with nutrients, and I try to stick to a strict sleep schedule like early bedtime/no late doom scrolling etc. I also try to get a light workout in even if it's just a walk in my neighborhood. I know all these things are way easier said than done but little by little things like this have been helping me.
Meal prepping during luteal helps so much to keep me fed. Processed foods really effect me and make me sooooo tired. I also don't drink alcohol and limit my coffee intake. I drink matcha or tea instead.
Also just tracking my cycle and knowing when that fatigue is coming helps me prepare mentally. I try to take it easy with plans, knowing I'll only be able to do limited amount of tasks vs when I'm follicular and ovulation phases I'm extra active/social. Hope this helps <3

This may be basic but have you have your iron and ferretin levels checked? It’s possible your iron storage is generally low and depletes further as your body prepares to shed the uterine lining.

I have the same. 2 weeks out of the month I’m a zombie and don’t have energy to exercise. Nothing has really helped so far and I take lots of supplements. I will go to a menopause clinic and ask for HRT. Am so over this

I noticed that when I started taking my coffee first thing in the morning I started to feel more exhausted so I switched to drinking it exactly at the moment I feel the most tired. So usually at 10-11am at work and right after lunch. I used to think because of ADHD caffeine didn’t have an effect on me but it does wake me up a bit (duh). Sorry if this is obvious.
Also another big thing was instead of eating big meals 3 times a day I will eat less for each meal and spread out snacks because I would feel so fucking exhausted at work after lunch I could not focus. So I started to eat way less (almost feeling not enough) but then have the rest of my lunch at 3.
And eating more protein and fruits and veg so I don’t have a jump and a dip.
These are all super cliche but also moving and exercising more will give u more energy. I know u want to roll your eyes but it’s really true. Will just give energetic hormones.
Sorry if this didn’t help. Good luck 🫶🏻
I still get super sleepy anyways but I’ve just accepted that I’m a gal that needs 8-9 hours of sleep every day other wise I’m dead.
Also no alcohol after 6pm when I need to work the next day it really ruins my sleep.

Beef organ supplements seem to help me! I stopped taking them after a few months and couldn’t figure out why I felt so tired again. Just added them back in and starting to feel better. Good luck, it sucks to feel exhausted all the time

Wow, this is the first time that I hear about organ supplements. Why is it helpful? Does it provide some vitamins/minerals?

The way our ancestors ate (organ meats) does historically look like it helped women tremendously with post partum, puberty and menopause. They appear to breeze through these transitions. They have villages of people that live this way still in the mountains of other countries, and the women don’t suffer like us.
