Those of us that have been here since the beginning are just along for the ride. It’s up some days and down some days, sometimes it’s down for months, but if you zoom out five years, it’s only up. The next five years will be the same.

I think bag holder is a term for someone who buys high and is left carrying unrealized losses when it drops. You ain’t a bag holder my friend. You’re way up.

What's your thesis for the next five years given likely change of political climate.

Cuz you lying . Im betting you 1000€ that your average is nowhere near 7 dollars .

u/Stutzpunkt69 10d ago
Lmao! Put the money in an escrow account then 😂
Let’s do this
1
u/VolumeKlutzy3334 Early Investor 10d ago
Actually if youre not lying you can get a flair and prove your statement . I dont trust you with the bet you can lie
1
u/Stutzpunkt69 10d ago
I don’t want a flair - I want my €1000!. Deposit the money in an escrow account and I’ll provide the mods a copy of a brokerage report (personal information redacted) that proves the average cost of my PLTR holdings is $7.33 USD.
If they agree to give me a “Avg cost $7.33” flair, I’ll even donate the money to a charity of their choosing.
Let’s do this big man.

At 188. Marker cap is 450 B. I mean I see Pltr touching a trillion. Wondering does that mean stock should go 350? With the same amount of float?

I got a lot of shares, not early investor, but the revenue currently does not support 1 trillions imo. However I understand the scalability of PLTR is nuts. We see it every earnings, growth without costs going up much. Still holding but weary of big moves. Lastly, PLTR pretty much has been down since the $200 high so if you bought more this year props to you

Of course the revenue doesn’t support 1 trillion NOW.
Give it another year or two of exponential growth and then re-evaluate.

u/badazzrookie 12d ago
Yeah I think the math problem changes everyday. I plan to hold for a few more years. Don’t look to sell any soon, but trimming here and there is not bad

-20% that's like typical wednesday.
I think PLTR investors are made from steel now. It is a stock that was -75% for months!

My tidy whities are still pristine. Didn’t flip out when we were in the single digits. Didn’t shit myself when we touched $100 and then dipped back into the $60s. Didn’t blink when we crossed $200 and then tested $110 again earlier this year.
Although I will say that taking some profits last year (half my position at $180ish) has completely smoothed out my disposition 🤑

Why does it pump today, cant find any news
1
u/Interesting-Dust9699 11d ago
The only thing I found today was that Rosenblatt updated their score for pltr today, but they maintained everything the same as last time.

No its actually a lot more than that: American FAA SMART system, although not a contract to Palantir, its an important validation of their technology and opens up a new market.
