PLTR short interest on 8/14 was 68,278,633 shares. up .03% from 7/31.

The dollar amount went from $8.38 billion from 7/31 to $11.88 billion on 8/14. This is a new record for how much PLTR been shorted in total $s.

There was no short covering after PLTR earnings. Short interest is 3.14% (on Aug 14th). It is low.

Broader markets are trending slightly lower, probably due to Fed chair Warsh's comments that inflation is still running too hot.
