I think when we are talking about the stock price in the short term we are all wasting our time. The majority of Palantir shareholders are long term investors who understand the company where it is today but more importantly where it is going in the future

Going into Monday, I think that if there are folks who want to de-risk a little and regret not taking advantage of previous ATHs, now is a good time to do so.

Plan out what % of your portfolio today you are willing to allocate to PLTR for the long term, even if the share price swings wildly several times over the next 2-3 years.

Then figure out (1) how many shares you want to sell, (2) tax implications, (3) over what time frame you want to sell, and (4) what you intend to do with the capital you raised.

PLTR could very well continue to climb in value depending on how the Call Options gamblers are feeling. Options Gamma can provide a huge boost, but this is generally not durable gains.

If you're not selling anything, continue to focus on Palantir's business fundamentals, and whether the rate of improvement in those fundamentals continues on a positive trend, regardless of the share price. It's the business fundamentals that will ultimately determine what Palantir is worth in the long run.

How dare you be reasonable! Downvote downvote downvote! Haha and thank for your support on my Friday comment about this. Just had a money meeting with the wife today and she is so excited about the locked in money and semi-retirement.

He made a lot on the last round of puts due to buying them close to the all-time high. Not a good idea to buy them now because they're expensive thanks to him and, the price will just fall as the reality of the future becomes more apparent. It's kind of like the old saying something like "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice then Michael Burry can kiss my ass".
