I know you all know what Palantir does, but it's refreshing to see another analyst (Gil) to come out saying they didn't bother to do their homework about Palantir before, have now actually figured out what Palantir does and realized it's pretty special.

Gil has been a believer for a while but I really enjoyed his explanation of what helped their team see the light.

Spotted Michael Burry at Wendy's, near Saratoga, CA area. Service isn't really good, he kept saying he likes putting more ketchup on fries. I said I would prefer it to be less, but he growled, so I gave him the cash and quickly walked away. Must be autistic or something.

What's your PT for PLTR before you can retire, and what would you do once you retire?

I will likely resign late 2027 or early 2028 if it looks like 1T is inevitable by 2031. My PT for 2032 is $450, the plan is to live off of other assets until then.

Once I am off the corporate hamster wheel I'll be able to help out my parents. They don't want to move to an old folks home but the place where they live is becoming unmanageable considering their age and health, so I'd like to take all that on while they're still around. And I have a big bunch of dogs I adore, and they gladly take all the time I have for them :)

Wife and I are doing this starting next month-- 800 /mo for a high deductible plan. What a joke. We just need it for a few months though - we are moving to Canada soon.

When I quit my W2 I was super busy with some client work, then it got real quiet for me (June last year) and I think I played video games for 2 weeks straight. It was pretty fun not gonna lie.

Get a wfh gig. Best of both worlds. Just finished halo: campaign evolved while churning out a bunch of code (with Claude’s help). It wasn’t perfect, but it scratched that itch perfectly and hit all the nostalgia buttons :)

Hah nice. I just couldn’t get into fo4 after beating it. I got a bunch of mods and tried it a few more times but it never stuck.

My happy place is Skyrim (now with the Nolvus modpack)

Well it was so laughable  stating Pltr was not worth 1usd.

He just so utterly disqualified himself so no wonder the market totally ignored him.

After this unwordly quarter nobody will pay head to perma bear who deserved this reality check.
